Especially for food packaging: silicone- and mineral oil-free defoamer concentrate for waterborne printing inks
TEGO® Foamex 831 is a high performance yet silicone- and mineral oil-free defoamer concentrate for waterborne printing inks. The active ingredients permit the formulation of printing inks for use on food packaging, particularly on absorbent substrates. TEGO® Foamex 831 conforms to foodstuff regulations such as XIV. BfR, 2002/72/EG, Annex. III, A-List of SR 817.023.21.
The low odor concentrate optimizes the dispersing process by inhibiting foam. Added to the let-down, TEGO® Foamex 831 distinguishes itself by good long-term effectiveness in diverse types of binder.
